Chicken Pasta (EB0003)

Ingredients:

 

250-300 grams of Pasta

1 Finely chopped red onions

1 Finely chopped green pepper

1 Finely chopped  tomato

200 grams of chopped grilled chicken

Fresh green peas

50 grams Peanuts

50 grams Cheese

1 cup Fresh cream

Thai seasoning or any other seasoning of your choice (1 sml packet)

1 tbsp Coconut milk

1-2 tsp cumin seeds

1-2 tsp poppy seeds

1/4 tsp red chili powder

1/2 tsp Cumin powder

1/2 coriander powder

Salt according to taste

1/2 cup of water
Olive oil

 

 

Method:

 

Boil the pasta in some water and salt to make it tender for about 5-7 minutes.

 

To make the sauce, take some Olive Oil in a deep pot and heat it.
Add Poppy seeds and Cumin seeds to the oil and let them fry until they change color to light brown.
Add chopped Red Onion and stir. When Onion turns a little brown, add roasted Peanuts.
Add Green Pepper, Tomato and Peas to the mixture and stir.

 

Add some Thai seasoning powder with water.  Stir the mixture well without breaking the peas.

 

Add fresh cream and coconut milk and stir.

 

Add grilled chicken and cheese in the sauce.

 
Add Salt and Red Chili powder as per your taste.
 
Run some cold water over the boiled pasta, get rid of the water and add pasta to your sauce and stir well

 

The dish should be ready to serve.


 

Preparation Time: 20-25 minutes.
