Spicy Potato Fritters with Sweet Hawaiian Rolls

Potato balls (mix these ingredients and roll them in 1 inch balls): Potato – 3 medium sized (boiled, smashed with skin on) Green chillies – 3 to 4 (chopped coarsely) Cilantro – handful (chopped) Dry mango powder – 1 tsp Crushed red chilli flakes – ½ tsp Salt – as per taste Batter (mix the following in a wide bowl): Chick pea flour – 1 cup Turmeric – 1 tsp Chilli Powder – ½ tsp Cumin seeds – 1 tsp Cilantro – handful (chopped coarsely) Salt – as per taste Water – enough to make pancake batter consistency (not too runny) To make the fritters, dip the potato balls in the batter and deep fry in oil, until golden brown and crisp. Red Chillies Sauce (grind the following in a blender): Onion – 1/2 Garlic – 4 cloves Lemon – 1 small Ginger – 1 inch Paprika powder – 1 tsp Salt – as per taste Water Green Chilli Sauce (grind the following in a blender): Cilantro – handful Tamarind paste – ½ tbsp Green chilli – 3 to 4 Salt – as per taste Water Store bought sweet Hawaiian rolls – enjoy :-)
